The Two Most Important Rooms Affecting Home Value

Everybody has personal preferences regarding their home. We all have different likes and dislikes: while some things matter very much to some people, but are hardly of interest to others. However, when it comes to real estate and home residences, two things that are important to everyone (and crucial to a home’s marketability) are kitchens and master bathrooms.

Kitchens and master baths are the two most important rooms for resale. Accordingly, from a remodeling perspective, this is where you will recoup the most in your investment: increasing your home’s future sale price and making your house more desirable than the one next door. This will also make it easier to sell.

These rooms happen to be the focus for Rapid Remodels at Helen Sharritt Interiors! Rapid Remodels can cut up to 80% of the remodeling time off your project, with no sacrifices to the quality of the end product. The new arm of Helen Sharritt Interiors, called Rapid Remodel, is a system where existing spaces can be remodeled: with kitchens or baths completed in approximately 3 weeks.

I love the floors and the appliances in the new kitchen. Absolutely beautiful 🙂

  5. I really like the tile in the shower and also that there is a window in there as well. Not something usually seen in a shower but since it looks like it faces a forest you shouldn’t have any problems with peeping toms.
