Rapid Remodel™ Process

Step One
Contact us at info@rapidremodelme.com or call Helen at 707/569-7044 for a FREE Rapid Remodel™ Feasibility Consultation (1 hour).

Step Two
Congratulations! Your kitchen or bathroom is a Rapid Remodel™ candidate! We’ll give you a rough ballpark budget range, you give us the go-ahead. (Not all projects are candidates but we’ve found 85% of kitchen and bath remodels don’t change the footprint of a home – it’s an internal remove the old, redesign the room and replace the products – and 98% of these are candidates for our Rapid Remodel™ process.)

Step Three
You begin outlining your goals, wants and needs for the area to be remodeled. Our Rapid Remodel™ designer brings the team together to review your project scope and to present a tight budget projection (the amount of time for this step will be determined by the complexity of the project). You review and sign your Rapid Remodel™ contract.

Step Four
You begin the design process and product selections. Our designer will take you to appointments with our various product suppliers (remember, we pass along our trade discounts to you with no mark-ups).

Step Five
You approve and sign the final space design, the product selections are made, the supplier and labor contracts are signed and the orders are placed.

Step Six
All products are received and inspected by our suppliers and delivery to your home is arranged.

Step Seven
We ring the doorbell and begin construction – demolition to completion.

Step Eight
3 Weeks later…Voilà! A custom remodeled kitchen or bath. Your beautifully designed Rapid Remodel™ kitchen or bathroom is ready to live in and enjoy!
